christmas decorations helpful staff convenient location

the christmas decorations were very nice. the staff was friendly and helpful with requests. the hotel restaurant was fantastic. i found the location convenient for sightseeing, close to many attractions. concierge services helped secure reservations. i appreciated the quick response to requests. staff delivered extra towels within minutes.

the elevators were often slow, causing some waiting.

The location was acceptable. It's pretty central.

The room wasn't clean to the standard i'd expect for the price. There was a stain on the pillow. also, breakfast service was strange. My waiter disappeared after taking my order. no one checked if everything was okay.
